We are starting by helping 8% taxpayers with this mobile app.

Who is the mobile app for?
This initial version of the mobile app is for 8% Taxpayers or taxpayers with the following criteria according to Revenue Memorandum Order No. 23-2018:
• Gross sales/receipts and non-taxable income should not exceed the VAT threshold of three million pesos.
• Self-employed taxpayer, either a single proprietor, a mixed-income earner, or a professional.
• Registered and subject to percentage tax or be a non-VAT filer.
• Expressed to BIR your intention of availing the 8% income tax rate option.

What can you do with the mobile app?
• Record your sales (w/ or w/out CWT)
• Auto-file your Quarterly and Annual Income Tax (1701/Q)
• Process your Annual Registration Fee (0605) *Coming soon!*
• Auto-generate Books of Accounts
• Sales Books
• General Journal
• General Ledger
• Manage multiple Tax Accounts

How to Get Started with the Mobile App?
1. Register - Check your BIR 2303 form to register your tax account/s on the app. You may add up to 2 additional branches per TIN account.
2. Subscribe - Subscribe your tax account/s to activate tax filing. Free accounts will only be able to add sales.
3. Add Sales - Add your sales transactions.You may add sales with Creditable Withholding Tax or CWT referring to your 2307 forms.
4. Add Previous Quarter/s - This is a one-time & optional step only if you have filed taxes for the previous quarter/s. Refer to your most recent 1701Q to encode your consolidated previous quarter/s filed taxes.
5. Submit Tax - Simply upload your tax payment proof on the app and submit your tax. Taxmate will do the rest. Once your taxes are processed you may view the forms and email receipt from BIR that will be attached to your account.
